The strongest evidence is the sportsbook consensus, which implies about a 44.5% home-win chance. With no reliable additional information on injuries, lineups, or deeper form, I anchor close to that. Fulham have home advantage, but both teams are 0-0-2 so the tiny early-season records add little signal. Crystal Palace are a broadly comparable opponent, so I see this as near-even with draws and away wins together slightly more likely than a Fulham win.

The sportsbook consensus gives Fulham a 44.5% win probability as the home team. Both teams have identical poor records (0-0-2). The sportsbook odds already account for home advantage and current form. I'll slightly discount the sportsbook probability to account for their margin, bringing it marginally down. With both teams winless and equal records, and Fulham at home, ~42% seems reasonable for a Fulham win.
