Dodgers are the stronger team overall (81-55 vs 63-72) and are the away side here, implying a substantial talent gap even after accounting for home field. The sportsbook consensus gives Detroit about 39.9% at home, implying the Dodgers around 60.1% before adjusting for vig. Starting pitchers are both strong; Glasnow versus Valdez does not obviously erase the Dodgers’ team advantage. With home field for Detroit and some uncertainty around single-game variance, I land slightly above 60% for a Dodgers win.
