The strongest evidence is the sportsbook consensus, which implies about a 55.5% chance of a Coventry home win. With no reliable additional information on injuries, lineups, or deeper form, I treat that as the main anchor. The early-season records (Coventry 0-0-1, Hull 1-0-0) provide only very weak evidence from tiny samples, so I adjust little if at all. Home advantage supports Coventry, while uncertainty about true team strength keeps the estimate moderate rather than higher.

Sportsbook consensus gives Coventry ~55.5% win probability (home team). Coventry is 0-0-1 (one loss) while Hull is 1-0-0 (one win) early in the season. Hull's better early record slightly tempers Coventry's home advantage. The sportsbook margin typically inflates probabilities slightly, so I adjust down marginally from 55.5% to ~52%. Limited data from just one match each makes form unreliable. Home advantage is a real factor favoring Coventry.
