Without specific information about team standings, pitching matchups, or recent performance for this future date, I rely on base rates. In MLB, home teams win roughly 54% of games. Without knowing the venue, both teams are roughly evenly matched historically as mid-tier franchises. The Brewers have generally been competitive but not dominant. With no specific information available about this particular game, I estimate approximately equal probability for each team, slightly adjusted toward the base rate of competitive MLB games.

Absent live data, I start near 50% and adjust for likely team strength and venue uncertainty. The Mets have generally been the stronger roster in recent seasons, so I give them a modest edge overall. The Brewers remain competitive with good pitching/depth, so the matchup is still close. Home-field would matter a few points, but I cannot verify location or starting pitchers at forecast time, so I keep the estimate near even while leaning slightly against Milwaukee.
